The automatic focusing of the laser system is crucial for the quality of the marking. With the Auto Focus function, the optimum marking distance of the laser to the component is set automatically, enabling precise and high-quality marking. With the Auto Focus plug-in, the laser beam is automatically focused on the object to be marked. Changing components made of different materials, with different part heights or widely varying manufacturing tolerances are marked precisely and with high repeat accuracy using the Auto Focus function.

Ultra-short pulse lasers for medical technology

High-precision and fast micro material processing

The ultrashort pulse laser DFL Brevis Marker enables high-quality processing results on a microscopic scale. The strengths of the picosecond laser lie primarily in black marking, burr-free structuring of surfaces and laser drilling. Metals, polymers, glass and ceramics in particular can be processed extremely quickly, precisely and gently.
