In all cases, please state the serial number of your laser or protective housing and the version number of your installed Magic Mark software version. The serial number can be found on the type plate attached to the back of the device. You can find the version number of your software in the Magic Mark labeling software. Click on “About” under the “Help” category and read the version number.
